In a clear indication that reptiles like snakes continue to pose a danger to human life, the media reported that a 4 year old girl, died of snake bite at Bethoda in Ponda in March 2018
Radhika yadav was sleeping on the floor with her parents, and suddenly woke up in the middle of the night screaming in pain.
Despite taking her to the doctor she died
The police have confirmed that she died of snake bite
However the snake speices which caused the death has not been reported in the mainstream media
